Terrain Map.

This is a landscape I created using a displacement map. I originally had another texture for this, but I created another, more detailed, one. I like the effect of this, and I believe that it looks quite realistic.

Exploding Tank.

This was an animation of the turret of my tank exploding. I like this effect, and I had created a firey effect to go with it, but problems with the computers stopped it from showing up.

Moving Tank Test.

This is a quick test of animating a model of a tank. Although the model is basic, it animates well, as it follows a set path, and the turret and gun moves as well.

House withh road.

This was my second attempt at making a street scene with a road surrounding it, as the file for my original one got corrupted. I didn't get enough time to finish it, but I did get to play around with making the road curve in different ways, as well as adding a fence to the houses.

3D Tree.

This was the tree that I created for my street scene. This took a while to make, as I moddeled the branches around a picture of a tree that I got from Google Maps. I used a lot of extruding to create this, and it was difficult trying to extrude the different angles, as well as bring the branches forwards and backwards, to stop preventing it looking too two-dimensional.

Building 3D.

This was the second thing I made in 3DSMax. It my first time making more detailed shapes, such as the lamp post and tree, as well as my first time texture mapping an object. Even though it is hard to see, I also created a road to go with this scene, with the road being lower than the pavement.
I like the way this looks, and I believe that if I had an individual texture for each house it would look even better.

First 3D Test.

This was the first thing that I made in 3DSMax, and was basically just a test of working with the proogramme; such as making and modifying basic shapes, as well as adding basic colours to the objects. Although there was hardly any detail in this, and it was rather simple to create, I quite like the cartoony effect of the tree.
